Please note that irrespective of whether you have or are yet to complete your therapy sessions. You must now complete a review as per the terms and conditions you agreed to upon registration.

Failure to do so will disqualify you from using our services in future as we keep a record of everyone who does not. We receive funding to subsidise the sessions and part of that agreement is that we are able to collect feedback.

Your honest feedback is therefore valuable not just to improve our service but for its continuation and will take 5 minutes to complete,
